Seems to give an inappropriate response - if your not the admin
for it, it is more to ignore.

The errors look suspiciously like the error handling leaves a
little to be desired, in contrast BIND 9.2 doesn't seem
flustered by "dig 126.165.188.200.in-addr.arpa PTR" dig just
returns SERVFAIL, although I can't guarantee it's asking exactly
the same query of the same servers.
