XFRNETS Error Messages

I think it's complaining that the addresses you specified in your xfrnets
directive have non-zero data in the host parts, but you didn't include a
subnet mask.

xfrnets 63.76.46.0 128.9.160.0

should probably be:

xfrnets 63.76.46.0&255.255.255.0 128.9.160.0&255.255.255.0
