8.2.2 Zone Sizing

The main problem I see with having one huge zone is that zone transfers
will be slower.  If all your servers are running BIND 9 then I think it
should be able to use IXFR, which only sends the changes, instead of having
to transfer the entire zone whenever there's a change.
