Nameserver problem - named uses 98% CPU

These are debug messages, so somewhere you must have turned on
debug.  In fact there's a minor bug here in that it should be TCP/IP
and not IP/TCP.  Turning on debug can use up lots of CPU.  Turn
it off and see if things return to normal.
