Stating NS records

Hello

Just a question...

When creating the records for a new domain, after we state the ns for that
domain, should we include the corresponding IP for that ns?

For example

domain.com. IN NS ns1.nameserver.com.

Should a

ns1.nameserver.com. IN A 123.123.123.123

follow?

I am asking this as I have seen the IP for the nameserver included very
ofter, but after checking my bind logs, they say that this will be ignored
as ns1.nameserver.com is not in the domain.com zone.

Regards,

Francisco
