Secondaries not pulling zone...

Post the zone.  You probably have a bad record in the zone.  Use the
named-checkzone from BIND 9.2.0 to verify the zone. The SERVFAIL on
the slaves happen because they are authorative for the zone and they were
unable to transfer the zone before the expiration of the zone.
