	If the user types "localhost." the search list won't be tried.
	If the user types "localhost" the seach list should be tried
	first.  If it isn't the resolver needs to be replaced.  See
	RFC 1535.
	
	That all being said having a "localhost" zone does not hurt and
	will intercept some wayward queries.
