I think your understanding and the statements look fine on
casual inspection.

Can you show us the ACL definitions, the failed query (use
something like "dig @serverip domain.de any +norec" and cut and
paste the output), and the named log entries (well any you don't
immediately understand completely, we can probably skip the more
repetitive ones).
