BIND :: MySql

I'd be more than happy to test a win32 version (MySQL or M$SQL) if someone
was kind enough to compile the neccessary... :)

The win32 package just contains the binaries.  The full source tarball
contains everything including the sources to the sdb backend.

I'm not aware of anyone building the sdb backend on Win32, but there
is no reason in principle why it can't. There are probably some minor
changes required to the code to support Win32.
