rndc error

	BIND 9.2.1 rndc cannot produce the error message that you are claiming
	that it does.

		rndc: connect: not found
	
	* "connect:" indicates that the failing call was isc_socket_connect().
	* "not found" indicates that isc_socket_connect() returned
	ISC_R_NOTFOUND which is impossible.

	Also I suggest that you use 127.0.0.1 rather than localhost in
	rndc.conf.
