ISC Bind9.2.1 : Can I list all A records for a Zone?

Like the SOA, NS, MX records can I query my DNS to know all the A records?
Since we have done so many testing with our DNS, I would like to clean them
out before going to production. Most of the records were updated using the
nsupdate utility and dont have track of many
test hosts we put into the server. Do the record die by itself if we don't
take any action?
