dispatch shutting msgs

Hello,

 lately I noticed the folloing messages on our bind 9.2.1
 nameservers. Looking at the log files I see these messages
 started, at this volume - a dozen or more a day , about two
 months ago. There are no other messages which imply any relations
 to these messages.
 Any idea what's going on here? The namservers operation seems to
 be uninterrupted.
