I was surprised that you didn't include any of the questions that seem to
show up on almost a daily basis such as:

1) CNAME and other data
2) how do I map my domain.name to my www.domain.name
3) BIND doesn't need TCP (or UDP) through my firewall

There are also plenty of people who run BIND on Windows rather than
having to deal with Windows DNS.  Questions about Windows DNS
aren't normally a subject for this list, but BIND on Windows are.
