NT 4.0 root.cache replacement problems

Replace m$ toyware with bind, best results if the OS is replaced too.
 ( a number of OS choices are available, find the one that suits 
   you best. Several of them has decent versions of bind installed 
   by defaul - all you need is to move the zonefiles. )
