	Well the message is from dhcpd.

              NOTZONE     10      A name used in the Prerequisite or
                                  Update Section is not within the
                                  zone denoted by the Zone Section.

	Without knowing how your servers are set up its hard to tell
	if this is a dhcpd error or a nameserver error.
