rndc-confgen: generate key: out of entropy

Hello 

I had installed bind 8.2.3 on a freebsd 4.2 and it was not working
corectly,
it could not resolve not authoritative queries unless I used a
forwarder in the named.conf.  I could not fix this and I installed
bind 9.2 but when I try to generate the key it gives me the following
"rndc-confgen: generate key: out of entropy" no idea what to do.

If anybody could give me an answer for either of my problems I would
appreciated
