Some users cannot resolve dns name

Hi,

I have recently relocated a dns, web and email server to a colocation
facility. I modified the primary and secondary dns servers before the move &
it appears as the dns server is fine.

However, many users are reporting they cannot resolve the www.domainname.com
address. I even used the name server they use and could not resolve the
name.

What could it be? Also, is their some guide to setting up a name server. I
fear I may have missed something.
