Conflicting results from different nameservers.

This might be a stupid question, but this problem really has
be confused. The namserver is returning the valid answer but
other namerservers seem to never update their values with the
appropriate record. They are keeping the old value. And this
problem has been going on for weeks now.
Here are the results. Any answer to this would be extremely
helpful.
This is invalid, yet it never goes away! Once the TTL goes to 0
it just starts over again and it's wrong!
