9.1.3 issues--help please

Is nscd running? Does it have the record cached from some time before
you upgraded?

And, while we're at it... ;) Why would you want to go to 9.1.3 when 9.2
is current? This isn't a case of sticking with your installed base;
you're consciously installing out of date software...
