	Yes.

	Because the glue records with the different names are not
	in the parent servers and differing trust levels mean that
	you don't replace the NS RRset learnt from the child zone
	with those learnt from the parent zone.

	It's the child's responability to keep the parent informed
	of the current NS RRset for the zone and any glue address
	records that may be required.
