Windows DNS update client

I'm mainly interested in being able to do TSIG updates. And actually i'm
using nsupdate to do it. Maybe i was not clear enough, but i'm trying to
build a client that would update an ip in the DNS with TSIG whenever it
detects that the ip on the machine changed.
