How to force root servers to update cached host record (Long post)

On the root servers. Dig's +trace option is your friend, and gives me:

You should probably talk to your registrar to get that host record
either updated or more likely deleted.

(By the way, the root servers don't do any caching - and we should be
thankful for that.)
