rpm install with "--disable-threads" for 9.2.1x ??

Unless you find a source RPM, RPMs are pre-compiled.  You would need to
find a pre-compiled RPM that corresponds to your system.

OR, you could install developer RPMs on your Linux system [if not
already installed], mkdir /usr/src/bind-9.2.1, download the source
tarball, and do ./compile, make, make test, and make install with
whatever arguments you please.  Many of them are even documented in the
source tarball [although not all, and not all easily findable, but we
should all be helping fix that in our copious free time].
