Setting up CIDR PTR Zone

	Talk to your ISP.  They should be serving 175.247.204.in-addr.arpa
	and are responable for creating the CNAMES.  You should also
	be slaving 175.247.204.in-addr.arpa so that you can perform
	local lookups when the connection to the Internet as a whole
	is broken.

	You ISP will (or should) have a convention they use for performing
	these sub-delegations.  That will define the name of the zone
	containing your PTR records.
