No 192.0.34.43 is one of IANA's servers.  It's just misconfigured at the
moment.

The 2 servers 192.0.34.126 and 192.0.34.43 which are listed as being
authoritative sources for the domain iana.org, are not.

This is not an indication of a problem with your server.  It is just logging
problems it found with servers for other domains.
