Bind On multihomed Windows 2000 Server

We have a Windows 2000 server with two NIC, one is connected to our LAN, and another is connected to our WAN.
I'v installed a cach only BIND server on this Server and it works fine almost.
But Sometimes it stop answering my request, and will not reply unless I disable our LAN on that server.
Then I reenable LAN and everything works fine again.
What should I do?
