	Well these arn't errors.
	You can transfer the zone using AXFR or IXFR.
	In these cases a IXFR request was made but you didn't have any
	deltas so you sent the full zone instead.

	This looks like your NAT box doesn't like looping back requests.
	You box sent a notify message to 198.142.106.21 (itself via the
	NAT) and didn't receive a answer.
