BIND 9.2.1 Installation

I did check the doc/ directory, there's nothing there...... I'll check =
the
Makefile.

Not much. Examine the Makefile and see where the sofware get's =
installed
( usually /usr/local/sbin) , adjust your startup scripts accordingly.

Have you browsed the doc/ directory ?
