I'm not sure what "Total control nases" are, but usually dialup users get their addresses via DHCP and
DHCP Option #6 (see RFC 2132) allows you to specify what resolvers the DHCP client should use for DNS.
This would be purely a DHCP server configuration issue and not really a DNS or BIND issue.
