The more reason to upgrade. !!!

You cannot have a CNAME at zone top, this will conflict 
with other records there.

You can have a 'A' record at zone top, giving the address of "www.website.com."

And i would like to see the argument someone has for NOT UPGRADING named.
Do theu apply security patches at all ???

If it's production i'd place my production elsewhere.
