I assume that you mean 9.2.2rc1.  If not, please upgrade to that version.
You need to read the Application Event Log to see what the error was.
You probably did not create a named.conf file which is required and needs
to be in the dns/etc directory that you specified during the installation. For
details on setting up BIND on NT, visit http://bind8nt.meiway.com/ which
has samples on how to set this up.  It's a bit obsolete but most of the setup
(except for the logging categories) of the files are accurate.
