These errors happen when someone attempts to dynamically update a zone
and the name server denies the request.  Most commonly, this error
occurs as a result of W2K and XP systems that use your name servers for
resolution.  These systems will attempt to dynamically register
themselves with their name servers.  This default behavior can be turned
off in the Advanced tab under DNS...
