bind 4.9.4-P1 problem

Upgrade immediately. This software is *very* old and has known
security vulnerabilities. Whatever reasons you have for not upgrading
should be set aside. There is no acceptable excuse for running old
software that has known security holes. For more details see:

It may well be one of the security problems that this dead software is
vulnerable to. But since you've given no useful information -- like
config files or log entries or output from dig queries -- who can say?
Don't bother doing that now. Upgrade to a current version of BIND
before you do anything else. I doubt if anyone here cares about
helping you with ancient software that should have died years ago.
