BIND 9 vs BIND 8 speed

Such an "ISP-class" nameserver would probably be better off with BIND 9, since
a) BIND 8 tends to go "deaf" when loading a lot of zone data, b) such a
nameserver is likely to have multiple processors and BIND 9 can make better use
of this.
