redirect resolve errors on a web page

Hi

I am the dns admin of a network.

Is there a way to redirect resolve error to a specific web page

Just Like Internet Explorer does.

Example. someone type in www.fdsngdofng.com, this domain doesn't 
exist so the user is redirected to a custom error page.
