ns.realtime.com seems to be running :
;; version.bind, type = TXT, class = CHAOS
VERSION.BIND. 0S CHAOS TXT "8.3.2-T1B"

( and that version should not have problems with this mx, however there
is two problems ; both mailservers
;; ANSWER SECTION:
caroldochenrealtors.com. 1H IN MX 10 mail.caroldochenrealtors.com.
caroldochenrealtors.com. 1H IN MX 20 mail.mintecommerce.com.

are CNAME's , which is if not forbidden it's at least stupid
;; ANSWER SECTION:
mail.caroldochenrealtors.com. 1H IN CNAME caroldochenrealtors.com.
caroldochenrealtors.com. 1H IN A 64.105.113.114
;; ANSWER SECTION:
mail.mintecommerce.com. 1H IN CNAME mintecommerce.com.
mintecommerce.com. 1H IN A 64.105.113.115
mintecommerce.com. 1H IN A 64.105.113.114

Again, bind-8 should not have problems with this.
