Setup relay of zone

Is it possible with BIND to set up a zone that ist a relay for another
zone that is located on another server?

ie. the domainname "ver.long.and.dont.know.what.com" is located on
another server. So I want to set up a zone "short.com" on my BIND server
that gets the information of "ver.long.and.dont.know.what.com" and the
subdomanins on the original server and returns this as "short.com"
