Schedule DNS Change

Does anyone know if it is possible to schedule a change on a Windows
2000 DNS server with an AD integrated zone for a specific time. What I
want is to make 2 changes "Server A = 1.1.1.1 and Server B = 2.2.2.2".
 At 10 pm I want "Server A  = 2.2.2.2 and Server B = 1.1.1.1".  This
is something I have to do back and forth ever few weeks an would like
to automate the process if I could. Thanks for any help.
