It is "free" or "open source".  Why do you specifically need "LGPL"?

Look in the COPYRIGHT file when you unpack it.  It is the "Nominum"
license.  ;-)  Without delving into boring legal stuff, I suspect it
more closely resembles the Berkeley license.
