I am not sure what you mean by "support AD-integrated zones".

Check your version of BIND.  Any recent V8 and all V9 support DDNS
(RFC 2136), assuming that you want your BIND masters to accept dynamic
updates from W2k DCs and workstations.

If you mean "support incremental zone transfer (IXFR)", then V9 supports
AXFR.  I do not remember about V8.  But if your BIND does not support
IXFR, W2k is content with using full zone transfers.
