The NS records for linuxsticker.com show as:

linuxsticker.com.       172800  IN      NS      206.13.28.12.
linuxsticker.com.       172800  IN      NS      192.168.1.103.

There should be names there instead of IP addresses.

Also, don't publish unroutable addresses (192.168.*.*) in your public DNS.
