Some domains refuses to resolve, intermittent problems

Yes, none of the authorative Nameservers for hotmail.com responded to my
queries. Since i would not have been able to reach hotmail via email i mailed
to noc at microsoft at 0:30 UTC and by 1:30 the Nameservers started responding
again. I have not yet received an answer from them.
