Given this answer i see your problems. All your nameservers=20
are located at the same spot on earth, thus giving zero
redundance. It will also make DNS 'non-responsive' whenever
your singulat link to the nameservers is loaded.

The cure is simple, add one slave server at any of the free or
cheap dns-hostings , secondary.com comes to my mind.

You might also arrange a 'MX' peer somewhere that takes=20
care of mail during outage hours.
