I have Bind8 running on NT (yeah, yeah, I know....it's just until I feel more comfortable with Linux)
dnsstuff.com reports the following:
=====================================================================
How I am searching:
Asking e.root-servers.net for 227.75.168.63.in-addr.arpa PTR record:
      e.root-servers.net says to go to INDIGO.ARIN.NET. (zone: 63.in-addr.arpa.)
Asking INDIGO.ARIN.NET. for 227.75.168.63.in-addr.arpa PTR record: Timed out. Trying again.
Asking ARROWROOT.ARIN.NET. for 227.75.168.63.in-addr.arpa PTR record:
      arrowroot.arin.net says to go to NS3-AUTH.SPRINTLINK.NET. (zone: 168.63.in-addr.arpa.)
Asking NS3-AUTH.SPRINTLINK.NET. for 227.75.168.63.in-addr.arpa PTR record:
      ns3-auth.sprintlink.net says to go to ns5.bci1.com. (zone: 227.75.168.63.in-addr.arpa.)
Asking ns5.bci1.com. for 227.75.168.63.in-addr.arpa PTR record: Reports ns5.bci1.com.75.168.63.in-addr.arpa.

Answer:
63.168.75.227 PTR record: ns5.bci1.com.75.168.63.in-addr.arpa. [TTL = 38400 seconds]

Details:
You have one or more obviously bogus PTR records (pointing to in-addr.arpa).
=====================================================================
My zone record looks like this:
=====================================================================

; BIND version mayer at tecotoo:src/port/winnt

What have I done wrong here???
Thanks In advance
Mike
