lame server

	Kevin, try duplicating the actual query that was made.  i.e.
	use the same name (it was logged),  disable recursion (because
	that is how the nameserver performs the query.

	The problem has nothing to do with the TTL of the NS records.
	It's more likely to be zone transfer problems.
