No, it's not "wrong" any more than "roses are red" is "wrong". At worst,
it's incomplete (roses can also be white, yellow, etc.).

In any case, were just debating semantics at this point. The original
poster needs to appreciate the importance of TCP to DNS, I think we both
agree on that. I just don't think it helps matters to label their
incomplete understanding/knowledge as "wrong"...
