IP renumbering

Hello:

I may need to renumber my shop for the new C-class set of IPs. I have 2 RH 
Linux 8.2.3 DNS servers and 2 RH Linux 7.1 hosts, 1 M$ W2K Server, 1 M$W2K 
Professional, 1 M$ W98, and 1 M$ XP host with about 150 IPs in use among them.

What is the least disruptive way to accomplish this task (both update DNS 
servers and renumber various hosts), assuming that the provider (Sprint) is 
cooperative?
