Adress lookup for authoritative server fails

The error is in the configuration. According to the .de nameservers,
the catsys.de nameservers should be authoritative for the minolta-qms.de
domain. But those nameservers give yet another referall. That is an illegal
setup. It may or may not work, but it is officially broken. The delegation
should be fixed with the .de registry.
