RBL from MAPS

Hi,

My company has purchased an RBL list transfer from MAPS. I have 1 of our DNS
servers set up as a secondary for that zone like they say to do but it
doesn't seem to be working and I can't get much support via email from MAPS.
I'm using Win2k Server which is BIND compliant. Anyone else that's using
MAPS services that can shed some light for me? Thanks...
