Can't resolve one domain..

The domain looks good to me and dnsreport.com.  Maybe there's a
communication problem between your site and their nameservers.  It looks
like they block pings and traceroutes.  When I traceroute to
ns2.wdigital21.com.br (200.242.202.35), the last few hops in the path are:

18  ebt-A3-0-2-dist03.blm.embratel.net.br (200.230.0.65)  217.287 ms  236.682 ms
19  ebt-F0-0-0-acc01.blm.embratel.net.br (200.230.156.1)  213.603 ms  215.294 ms
20  200.208.194.34 (200.208.194.34)  218.302 ms  217.215 ms

How does this compare with you?
